Getting bored of the old standard Photoshop brushes? Well now you will learn how to create your oun funny, cool custom brushes. It’s a verry simple process, just pay attention. REMEMBER! you could use ANY image or text to create a brush. This is just an example.
Start by opening this picture using Adobe Photoshop: picture.jpg
First, we will desaturate the image (all brushes ar originally black and white).
Adjust Brightness/Contrast according to the image :
Now the image is ready for our brush, go to Edit > Define Brush…
Name it “custom brush” and click OK.
Now go to the preset manager, select the last brush, wich is your custom brush, and then click Save Set…
Well, that’s it…you now have your own custom brush. Have fun creating!

The first step is to desaturate the image, we want the result to be an unreal effect.
Next, we’ll set th contrast and brightness like in the images.
For the first effect, we will slightly distort the image using the “Glass” filter.
Use the variables in shown here:
Here comes the tricky part, where you have to use brushes, but don’t worry, it’s as simple as stealing candy from an old lady .
Now pay attention. You must use the “Burn” brush indicated in the image on the areas marked in red. Use it moderately, don’t exagerate.
Pick a colour you like more, and the select the “Brush Tool”, then set it to “Vivid Light”, opacity=30, size=100 and click inside the iris a couple of times, again do not exagerate.
Now, for a little bit of blur. Select the tool indicated and set it to size=200, mode=normal, strenght=50%, then apply it in the same manner inside the indicated area.
Well, that’s about it, the final image should look something like this: unreal_eye_final.jpg
Let your imagination free and create other effects starting from the ones you already know.

A simple tutorial about creating some nice water drop effects.
Start by opening this picture using Adobe Photoshop: picture.jpg
After you opened it press CTRL+SHIFT+N to create a new layer.
Now create a small rounded shape using the Elliptical Marquee Tool(M).
After you used the Elliptical Tool use the gradient tool to give it some colour.
There make the seetings.
And draw it from point A to point B like in the picture.
After you done this set the layer mode to Overlay like in the picture below.
Now right click the layer and select Blending Options.
There set these values.
By now you should have something like this.
Now let’s continue and make these settings.
You will obtain this.
Continue and make these settings.
Now your waterdrops are ready.
Repeat the steps and create several waterdrops.Some smaller others bigger.Try looking at the picture I made to understand.

Learn here how to create a crumple effect to a newspaper.
Start by creating a new document in Photoshop.Now Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.And press OK.
Then go to Filter>Render>Difference clouds and select this filter for couple of times untill you will obtain something like this.
Then go to Filter>Stylize>Emboss.
There set these values.
Now duplicate this layer.
After you duplicated this layer go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur.
Set this value.
Save the what you obtained by now into a .psd document.I named it displacement.psd
Now create a new Photoshop document.Make it larger than the newspaper image and be sure the settings are like in the picture.Make sure you have a transparent background.
Using the Rectangular marquee tool copy the newspaper image and paste it into the new Photoshop document.Use this newspaper image if you want to newspaper.jpg
Now go to Filter>Distort>Displace.
Make sure the settings are like this.Click ok and select the document you created earlier named by me displacement.psd
Then right click the layer and select Blending options.
Make this settings.

Now select the Eliptical Marquee Tool(M).Like in the picture.
Select the flag and draw a circle from the up-left corner to down-right corner.
The press CTRL+C to copy the selection.Now select the picture with the ball and press SHIFT+CTRL+N to create a new layer.No press CTRL+V to paste the selected circle.Press CTRL+N to resize the selection so it the same dimensions like the ball.
Now go to Layer>Layer style>Blending options.
There make these settings.
Here select Foreground to transparent like in the picture.
By now you should obtain this.
Now select the opacity to 70%.

Start by opening these 3 pictures using Adobe Photoshop.
[TIP]: This effect only works when you use the panoramic photo function of a digital camera.You have to open all of them like in the picture.
Now go to File>Automate>Photo merge.
There you have to set the parameters like this.
Click OK.The click another OK to obtain the panoramic photo.Now let’s crop the image.Using the tool like in the picture.
Try to select like in the picture below and then press the enter key.
Now using a soft brush we will mask the shadows from the sky.Use these brush settings and this colour #92cffe.
Try painting the sky now untill you don’t see the shadows anymore.
