Easy Reflection

 

In this tutorial I will teach you how to make an easy reflection.  

Start by downloading the picture night.jpg.

Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M).

And select like in the picture below.

Then go to Select>Inverse or simply press Shift+Ctrl+I.
Now you have the city selected.Go to Layer>New>Layer via Copy or simply press Ctrl+J.

Go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.

Go to Edit>Transform>Flip vertical.Using the Move Tool(V) drag the picture down until you obtain an image like this.

Select the opacity to 68.
Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur.Set the Angle value to -90 and the distance to 10 then click Ok and there you have it.You obtained an easy reflection effect.
